“Huge and lovely room. Brand new fittings. Super king bed. No complaints at all with the room. Fabulous. Breakfast not so good. Yesterdays pastries, some fruit one day but not the others. Carton juice. A few slices of ham. Poor compared to the promise of the hotel. We had a problem with the electricity but the staff were great sorting it out.”

“This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet……
