「Vi havde ikke undersøgt så meget om stedet da vi bookede - vi valgte på baggrund af lokation, gode anmeldelser og tæt på strand og by. Vi blev ærligt lidt blæst bagover da vi ankommer. Det her sted er SÅ dejligt! Hele atmosfæren på stedet er fantastisk og det er så mange hyggelige kroge overalt. Fodboldbanen var et kæmpe hit for vores 2 drenge og generelt var der så hyggelig stemning på banen og børn der blev venner mens de spillede sammen. Der er grønt og flot overalt og vi fik lidt...

「A lovely 3 nights in the Velamar We had a room on the 2nd floor woth a sea view which was very nice. A lovely live singer around the pool on Friday afternoon she was really good. A great choice at breakfast on the roof top restaurant. All of the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Overall a lovely hotel and can recommend staying there. 」

「The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!」

「Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one...

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」
