「Overall, I had a good stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos. The hotel was comfortable, the location worked well for our trip, and the staff I interacted with were generally friendly and professional. The main issue that affected my experience was being contacted twice regarding noise complaints from my room. I fully understood and accepted the first complaint, as we had been on the louder side that evening, apologized, and made a point to keep the noise down afterward. The second complaint was more...

「There was 14 pools but not one was heated so my grandson would not go in swimming. The hotel is well suited for families and catered nicely to children, but a little too touristy for my taste.」

「Beautiful hotel, but in a very busy area. I will say the breakfast was awful. Not to our taste. No change in options from day to day. The views from the Monica collection was spectacular. There is a fabulous restaurant on the beach called the beach cafe that provided romantic, delicious meals in the evening. Overall we had a nice stay」

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「Great stay here at Alfagar Village. The property was vast - many pools, restaurants and activities for kids/adults. The beach is a bit of a walk away but very convenient to have on the property. The rooms have been updated and were clean. Staff was always accomadating - thanks for Theo and Goncales for all their help with everything! Location was great for travelling to other locations as well and there was ample parking available.」
