"This is the 5th or 6th time we’ve stayed at this property and we plan to keep coming back! We stay on Balboa a couple of times a year every year and this is our favorite spot.PROS: - the location right on the boardwalk between the 2 piers- the unobstructed view of the ocean from the upstairs kitchen and living room- the parking, a spot in the garage and another in front of the garage- walkable to both piers, multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and surf shops- the property is very clean and everything is fully functional- new A/C works great in every room- the host, Chris, has excellent communication and is always helpfulCONS- if you want new and remodeled, the decor wil disappoint you"

"Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!!"
