「We stayed over the 4th of July and had an unforgettable time. The cabin’s location let us enjoy spectacular fireworks right from the deck, and Big Bear Lake was even better once we rented a boat for the weekend. Inside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the fully stocked kitchen—complete with extra dishes—made mealtimes easy. 「Beautiful home. Very spacious. Just be prepared for the heat if visiting in the middle of summer. No A/C. Other than that wonderful stay.」

「Place was clean & as expected. We stayed during a cooler time & upstairs was a bit warmer than downstairs (which is totally normal, just a thought for others). They had stand up fans, which was very appreciated. Not a ton of extra stuff in the kitchen, as it is quite small, but they provided enough for us to be able to make breakfast for a family of 6 & be able to eat together in the dining area. 「Loved our stay at the house! It’s clean, modern, beautiful, and was perfect for our family vacation! The host was kind and attentive to any needs we had. The beds are comfy. "When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold toothbrushes for sale for $3 … I think it was drama , and I relook the hotel the parking fees was $20 and breakfast was $10, these not showing on the first-page when I’m booking. so everything was terrible ."
