"The Hotel is in a beautiful location, close to central Fort William. Twin room size was a bit small, but clean enough in room and ensuite. However, we also had another room for my elderly mum and we requested an access room of which was big. But, the bathroom was not clean. There was rust on the rails and mould on tile grouting. Also, there was no seat for the bath, having a seat over the tub is the most important equipment for access room. Without a seat over the bath you can't advertise as an access room.
Otherwise, stay was pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast staff was nice and buffet options was good. "
