「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」

「太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。」

「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「good location to see northern light, we enjoy amazing light in front of the door , host maria and eivind are very friendly aslo the animals. the mountain and sea view make us relaxing and confortable. the kitchen was good for usto make our food. We and my son very enjoy staying these 2 days and make a lot of beautiful photos. we will come next time in summer and looking forward to seeing the host .」

「Hotel near to the city center and the view is perfect. Easy to access. Also the food and drink provide are excellent. Not sure if it is only happens on the room 301.The wifi signal is weak and sometimes even it linked to the WiFi but can't connect to the internet.」

「Personal was very polite, although be aware that if you have a late check-in you should let them know in advance. The hotel is located in a wonderful place in Kvaløya. It is very close to Tromso and just 15 min away from the airport with the bus. From the hotel you can reach the beautiful Ersfjord in 13 min with the bus as well. So even if you are not renting a car, you can access many places from the hotel. I had the wonderful luck to stay there in my last two days in tromso and the Auroras we...
