「1. 因為出行前扭傷右腳，本人到達酒店時仍然借助枴杖行走。但是酒店提供的位於一層的房間卻需要經過二層穿過整個酒店才能到達。當我發現後要求換房，卻沒有房間了。不過第二天酒店為我換了傷殘人房，非常好。 2.入住當天我們有一個同行的朋友打算更改行程，在塔林住一晚，在要求加床時卻被告知加床已全用完。而且第二天我的朋友就離開了。不過在離店時，酒店未經與我們核實，向我們收取了加床費用。不過在交涉後還是給我們返還了。 我對酒店整個印象很好，這兩個小問題解決的也還滿意。不過如果能避免發生就更好了」
