「Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. Nicely decorated inside, air conditioning and hot water working well, comfy bed, TV with streaming services, tidy bedroom and clean bathroom. Overall very satisfied, especially with the affordable price. 」

「He was very receptive anytime that I called. And his recommendations for dinner were spot on.」

「We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and working. The location is amazing walking distance from all the fun spots in Baltimore. The neighborhood felt safe and parking, which was our biggest concern, was never a problem as there were always parking spots on the street. All in all Great experience and definitely recommend recommended it. Landlord was always available to answer our questions so that was also great. 」

「Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

「Property was just as listed, spacious and comfortable for family of four. Apartment located in quiet building, couple blocks walking to supermarket and several restaurants. Found street parking easily throughout the weekend. Balcony has views of immediate neighborhood. Communication with host was easy. Would recommend.」

「The property was very clean and property manager was very nice and responsive.It would have been helpful to have paper towels, cleaning wipes, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and dish soap in the kitchen.Felt safe in the appt.You might want to replace the handle on the front door, seems about to break!Thank you for a nice alternative to a hotel!」
