「Been to just a few concerts the past two years and the staff knows my name upon sight! Always friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to the concert venue and we love coming here. 」

「Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !」
