“Very good ”

“It was nice to get a free breakfast but it was pretty basic. The first room’s bedding wasn’t clean. The second was okay. But, both rooms had drainage issues for the shower. The second also had drainage issues with the sink because the stopper didn’t rise very high. The toilet seemed to fill with too much water as well. I had to get the second room re-keyed because the door card stopped working. Cheap room but aggravating stay. Nice staff.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a hotel. All in all I definitely recommend. Especially if you’re traveling with your dog.”

“There was a mistake with the deluxe cabin listing I booked. The KOA owner Andie, and manager staff made it all right. It's a great, beautiful location. If we return, we will most likely book on the KOA site and reserve a Deluxe cabin, (choose numbers 1-5) that is fully furnished with bedding, a kitchen and a fireplace experience with a great view. If you book through Expedia, just make sure you know if it's furnished or if you need to bring your own bedding and towels.”

“Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, urine all over the toilet, feces on the wall, the floor looks like it’s never been vacuumed, sheets and pillow cases were filthy and the shower did not work at all. If it wasn’t so late and we weren’t so tired we would have left.”

“In my opinion the room was smaller than I expected, also is a central air, meaning it gets hot in the room w almost no AC, then We opened the window and helped. I wish there was hooks by the door to hang coat and jacket. Also an extra small table would be helpful to put stuff on it. But besides this we had a great time, we enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was very comfy.”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”

“The room had almost no light, a strong smell—like varnish—and a dirty refrigerator; there was the smell of food throughout the entire hotel, and rat traps were everywhere. The neglected courtyard—generally depressing.”
