“Room had mould around windows and bathroom shower screen. Shower head not cleaned as very rusted. Toilet was very loose and grime around where it’s had previous silicon around it. Heavy dust on shelves as well as spider webs around windows. Hairs on bed. Not ours and got a hair in my breakfast pancakes. Again not mine as it was pulled back into a bun. Reported to staff. Was assured someone would contact me. They never did. The wedding I was attending was good apart from spelling the newly wedded……

“Walking in to the hotel was beautiful but it’s so hard to get a parking space , it’s all been redecorated so went up to our room which was room 6 and it’s very dark so we had to put the lights on in the afternoon, lots of clattering and banging going on so went to reception and spoke to them and they said it was the bins getting taken out I just was checking that it wasn’t going to be like that all night , there is a middle door which was being used and it just banged shut , through the night……
