“Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. “I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including……

“We enjoyed our stay just minutes from our son. Clean. Friendly helpful owner. It took us a bit to find the right building but it was dark and we’d had a long travel day so that was just us! We felt safe and comfortable. We’ll stay here again!”

“The apartment is confortable, we slept quite well and the decoration was so craaazy but pleasant. We really love it! “Very cute apartment walkable to lots of great restaurants and a block away from the Frankfort L line. Great hosts. Very much enjoyed the stay. Heads up - the extra bed is a self inflatable air mattress with linens provided that was very comfortable. Will stay again when in the area!”

“Great location and very clean. The couch is very broken down and uncomfortable and the deck furniture has seen better days, but overall was great! May I suggest some bedside lamps for reading so the overhead lights don't have to be on all of the time. Close to lots of restaurants and SEPTA station. Loved sitting out on the balcony!”

“The rooms are good but area around is not good. No restaurants near by. Also door code did not work after 1 day and host only texts... No audio call. I waited 30 minutes. Pl improve on prompt audio calls”
