「Our stay was great! Rooms and hotel overall are very clean. The staff is so friendly and always willing to make your stay the best. The food is incredible!! Important to mention that in the creek between the parking lot and rooms, there lives an 8-10 feet crocodile, the hotel staff stated that it lives there and that they have never had any problems, there is no way it can get to the actual hotel, but it is important to mention so you are not shocked in case you see it.」

「Beautiful little gem up in the mountains with a beautiful view. Near a wonderful stretch of beaches but a long rough gravel road so be prepared if you plan to venture out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with a cocktail. WiFi was solid, breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one night but the pool looked beautiful and inviting. Very lovely spot and quiet and relaxing. Service was impeccable. 」

「We loved our stay at Alma! It was everything we were looking for and more. The amenities and room were great and being able to walk to the beach was key for us as we saw the best sunsets every day. The staff were also great, Angie and Juan were always helpful, nice and got us everything we needed. Some small recommendations is to have some more lounge chairs by the beach as sometimes they were hard to find. And a bar by the pool would have been awesome. Otherwise, we loved staying at Alma. 」

「This was the third hotel I stayed at in Cost Rica and definitely my favorite. The food was great and staff very friendly. My room was very nice, actually one of the one bedroom condos currently for sale. If this hotel was on the beach I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a unit. It is close enough to walk to the beach however.」

「My 2 week stay was great staying here the location was ideal the grounds were well maintained the staff, very friendly and helpful hotel car service was top notch = on time for pickup and my return to airport stopping at his recommended soda for breakfast i plan on returning in March I never wrote a review but this hotel i felt needed to be publicly appreciated 」
