「PROS: The valet parking was convenient. Literally steps away from the FedEx forum and Beale street. There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. CONS: The fan in the bathroom doesn’t come on separately from the light. The mini bar in our room was locked and we could not get it open, no instructions were posted. There are no...

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「Stayed in large, clean room that looked like it had recently been renovated - in a traditional/art deco style. The hotel overall felt a little soul-less. It has a large lobby but no one used it. Popped to the roof terrace and it was busy with great views at sunset. Reception staff were ok. Parking is just over the road but be warned that the lifts have a tendency to fail - it looked both on arrival and departure we were going to have to lug our cases up/down 4/5 flights - so maybe check in...

「I wish my mother and i had skipped staying at the graceland guest house for our 1st 2 nights of vacation and just spent the whole week here. I cant say enough good things about it..the staff, the breakfast buffett, the pool ,the room the check in .. everything TOP notch. Thank you so much」
