"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us. A pleasant stay , which would have been even more amazing if there was an on-site restaurant. Nice fitness area and...
