「It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! 」

「The view and location was outstanding, but the pictures were misleading. In the pictures the furniture is reorganized to make the space look bigger than it really is. It also makes it look like there is more than just one window. The kitchen is useless unless you bring your own supplies, as there was only three cups, a electric kettle, and an unconnected stove and mini fridge (with a broken door). 「This worked out well. Just a matter of figuring out the key tag lock the first time. I felt horrible for the cleaning staff. We stopped by early and dropped off the luggage.
