“Staff was great”

“Everything was great, staff was very friendly, great customer service, the hotel is always clean, they were always making sure that everything was okay, also the staff celebrated my birthday , but the only thing we weren't happy was that they didn't have our room ready , so they moved us to a different room and location.We were disappointed because the room had two bed instead of just one. ”

“The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“My experience at this hotel was everything I hoped for. The suite was bright, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. tropical garden surrounding the property was a beautiful addition and made the environment feel relaxing. ”

The pool area was relaxing and quiet, the perfect spot to unwind with a book.”
