「We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...

「An Unforgettable Anniversary Vacation – Amazing Resort, Even More Amazing Staff! ❤️ From the moment we stepped out of the car, we felt genuinely welcomed! Our entire stay at Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana was absolutely incredible, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing staff. Every single person we encountered greeted us with a smile, worked incredibly hard, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The hospitality here is truly something else! As for the resort...

「Great Resort」

「My friends and I had an amazing time at the resort. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed all the shows as well as the resort’s amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special shout‑out to two team members: Ruth from Guest Services and Antonio from Porter Services. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a laid‑back, relaxing vacation.」

「Los empleados bastante desatentos, malhumorados, me sentí bastante incómoda realmente」

「Nice place clean, with lots of things to do. Noticeable difference in service if you don't speak Spanish. Room service is awful and takes 2 hours. Food is poor quality. Most fridges don't work in hotel rooms. I booked the VIP most expensive plan for this trip and nothing about my stay was "special". Talking to other guests that booked normal rooms sounded awful, even had an elderly gentleman with diabetes was keeping his insulin on ice to stay cool because the resort had no other options for...

「Be mindful we traveled in Oct & did book the unique experience which comes with its perks. Staff was always helpful & ready. You never have to wait too long for food or a drink. Since they opened the new side Cobas recently we were able to visit & to be fair Im very with booking the Costa Bávaro bc the staff & attention was 100xs better as well as food. Which is interesting to see as youd expect the newer side to be top tier but it wasnt. It felt more crowded as well which i think is due to the...

「Beautiful」

「First of all massive thanks to Hanor the local rep at the site . He could not do enough for us. Even on his days off he was checking all was ok. Help organise trips and fair prices, sorted shopping when we needed it and always greeted us with a smile. In fact all the staff were great Place is definitely value for money with good size rooms and own bath rooms. Air con was excellent and the apartment had all the equipment for home cooking. Beach is lovely, although, just like most of Bravaro...

「Quisiera volver a principios de enero para saber si tienen disponibilidad」

「Oh the food was terrible」

「O café da manhã até as 11h foi perfeito para nós. Não queríamos acordar cedo todos os dias durante as férias. Depois do café, íamos para a praia. Mais tarde, passávamos um tempo na piscina. À noite havia muitos restaurantes e bares. Muito confortável.」
