“A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. “We had an amazing beach vacation on Tybee Island while staying at Dunes Inn and Suites. Ms Joy who greeted us at the front counter was a delight, and she provided us with information about the local attractions and where and where not to park. We had some postcards to mail, and when we asked where to mail them, she volunteered to take them to the post office herself. The hotel itself was perfect for our needs. Good AC, nice beds and linens, a shower with great pressure, and a little kitchenette……

“This was a great place to stay with our kids. The queen suite was spacious & so clean. It seems like the hotel is new, so everything is in super great condition & it even has a new place smell. We had plenty of towels and since we used the pullout bed, the staff made sure we had extra linens and pillows. It’s a dog friendly hotel and the staff make sure it’s extra clean. I’d never know a dog was ever even on the property if I didn’t see them with my own eyes. They had a great breakfast……

“We loved the unique architecture that kept the “Inn” in a bit of its original state. Kevin, Brian and Nate were great and helpful. Shared with Brian the morning we checked out my concerns with upkeep and cleanness around the downstairs, outside of “203”, having spotted lady’s feminine products (tampon) in the corner near the drain. The whole area for out time there needed some tidying up. We love our stay and time in Savannah!”

“Property was clean and well stocked. Parking on street was easy and convenient but I can see if it was a big holiday weekend how parking could be a problem, but that applies to everywhere in Savannah. It is far enough away from the busy downtown, but still in walking distance. Hotel is beautiful and quaint. Loved the outdoor common area. Would definitely stay again! ”
