They offered what staff explained to me is "the bare minimum required by the franchise". They were not out of supply -- basics were deliberately excluded. We had coffee, but no regular creamer. No salt/pepper for hard boiled eggs. No juice or drink for children or non-coffee drinkers (and no de-caf). Yogurts were deliberately put into the fridge and available...

「We stayed at this property previously and it was fine. This time was horrible. First they had me on the second floor instead of the accessible or first floor room. Once the room was fixed and we got settled into the new 1st floor room, the doorknob broke and could not be opened from the outside so we had to get a new room. After packing everything back up we went to the third room. The 3rd room smelled strongly of pest control spray and the air conditioner was loud and rattling the whole night,...

「I would stay here again if I couldn’t find anything else. The staff were friendly. We came for the pool and it was great but too cold. My kids lips were blue. The shower in our room was barely holding on and the ceiling looked like it had mold on it. Our room was hot and had a musty smell when we got there. Our blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. The good was that it was quiet and probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.」
