I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. “We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon”

“Listen... Lina in the office was INCREDIBLE. She deserves both sides of her pillow being cold every night. HOWEVER....... When we got there, the first night, we were told our room was damaged by guests prior and we needed to switch rooms for the night, which is understandable. We were even upgraded for that night and got the 3 bedroom cottage which was amazing. Right across the street, a lady tried to break into this truck that was parked and threatened a man with a butcher knife. We chose to……

“Rooms smell of stale cigarette covered with Lysol even though I asked for a non smoking room. Fridge had moldy pizza that had been there for who knows how long. Smoke alarm was not connected to wall and battery was removed. Walls have stains and holes throughout room. Bathroom was a step up from a gas station restroom. Carpet had stains throughout floor. I am 99.99% sure no one ever cleaned the room and if they did that is horrifying. Security lock on door was non existent and rain water was……

“Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well”

“Don't waste your money! The room had a dangling broken side lamp and a huge Crack in the window. The pool is nasty! I dont think they ever cleaned it, (skimmed it or vacuumed it). The sides were gross, looks like they need to bleach or scrub them! The breakfast was ok until our last morning, the stove broke down and we could only get a cold breakfast unless we wanted to go next door to their other hotel. Which EVERYONE went to! “My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.”
