「Beds were extremely comfortable. Only thing I found the coffee pot set up in the bathroom unusual instead of in the living area. And an old moldy coffee pouch in the pot. Other than that I can not complain. The breakfast was efficient and very clean. 」

「We booked this Fairfield Inn because our house currently has no power and we thought it would at least be a fun, relaxing night for our kids since the hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast.
Unfortunately, the pool was literally GREEN and completely unusable. Our kids were so excited to swim and were really disappointed.
Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM, but by 8:30 there was still nothing out. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, there wasn’t even anyone working the desk....

「The stay and price was ridiculous IHG properties are at the bottom end of a chain once reputable and hearing complaints about staff shortages is uncalled for.
The rooms aren’t clean I even wonder about the bedding.
New manager new staff and a remodel is absolutely necessary.
