“Good location, terraced style apartment”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in London und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – die U-Bahn-Station ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wodurch sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem erkunden lassen. Beim Check-in sowie mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst kleinere Schwierigkeiten. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch sehr schnell reagiert……

“The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough.”

“Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! ”

“The property is located in the city of London near some neat businesses, good restaurants and the underground. The property management company made check-in and access to the apartment a breeze. However, the property is located above a pub and across the street from a pub. Despite triple paned windows, the noise was a bit much on a couple of evenings. While the inside of the apartment was clean, there were a few issues that should be resolved. The shower surround needs to be replaced so that……

“we spent 6 nights here for a family vacation. it’s a nice neighborhood, around 8 mins fr the tube station with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Clifford was very responsive to our questions and requests. basic necessities provided such as towels, laundry wash, shower gels, shampoos, detergent… will definitely rebook for my next trip! ”

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,……

“We had a great stay at this apart-hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The surrounding area was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the location was very convenient being so close to the station. The only minor issue was the green safety light in the room, which was quite noticeable at night. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.”

“Hi, This is bring to your notice that I have booked the Hotel through the Expedia but unfortunately to mention that the condition of the Hotel is absolutely in bad shape. There is no window and there is no ventilation and the room is very compact and because of the same I was sick as there was no AC in the room and it was very hot. I have booked the room for 4 days and and stayed there for 2 days and in the meantime tried to contact the concerned department to resolve the issue but sorry to……
