贝肯纳姆度假短租

“Yea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all! ”

“a new property located in a convenient location, very clean and bright. love the kitchenette and lounge facilities where you can enjoy coffee and common space. friendly and helpful staff! good value for money.”

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……

“Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……

“係自己家一樣的住宿”

“地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Very good location for tube and getting around London. Checking in process was excellent and would stay again.”

“室內還境不似預定時的情況，沒有洗澡洗頭用品 ，不能寄存行理 ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, making it very comfortable for a family stay. The location was also very convenient, only a few minutes walk to the underground. The only point downside was the air conditioning. The hotel only provides portable air conditioning. However, the room was still reasonably cool and comfortable. Special thank you for Akhil……

“Convenient place, nice staff”

“The worst experience”

“Very good, clean, and comfortable room. The reception is very friendly and provided a lot of extra help to us.”

“服務溝通都很良好，房間也舒服，唯獨覺得洗碗機和洗衣機有點太舊，洗碗機洗不乾淨，洗衣機烘不乾，希望能更新硬體設備會更好喔 地點有個缺點是附近酒吧餐廳多，晚上有點吵”

“Good place,,”

“Laundry room good……………………………………………..”

“Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. ”
