“We needed somewhere to stay near Luton for one night, this was perfect, easy to find and park, quiet, just on outskirts of town and a good price ”

“Tilly and her husband Dan were amazing! They were responsive and so friendly and came to fix the WiFi within less than half an hour when we checked in after reception had closed. The house was immaculate and we had a wonderful Christmas and Boxing Day with our family and friends from across the UK and our daughters from the USA. Tilly and her team went the extra mile to accommodate a few extra guests who joined us for one for the 3 nights we stayed making linens and towels available for them and……

“we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.”

“The holiday home was spacious and had all we needed and more. The rooms were comfortable with a functional living room. Any queries were responded quickly and there was a delicious cake in the fridge when we arrived! The hot-tub was a great extra.”

“Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal.”
