"The hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't know before booking that there's a live music venue next door, and the sound carried up to my room on the 9th floor until around 2 am. It's Austin, so that's to be expected, but if you want a quiet stay, be aware."

"Very nice hotel with cool decor and aesthetics - such an Austin vibe! :) I was greeted by the lobby staff with a warm welcome and they provided detailed information of the onsite facilities, amenities, etc. You HAVE to check out the pool area and the all you can eat sushi bar - 10 out of 10! And the complimentary morning breakfast is one of the best I've had, with a great variety of options and refreshments. Highly recommend this stay and we will be back!"

"The location was great, the staff was amazing, the hotel itself was pretty great. The only thing is the toilet had a black rim but otherwise, it was great!"

"The rooms were great, the location was great, the rooms were clean, it had micro, fridge, coffee maker.. I was staying on the 3rd floor, the only bad part is the the hall way had a foul smell… but for the price this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in."

"The staff were great but would not help with luggage. Considering I’m disabled and am not allowed to lift anything heavy they still would not help with luggage. Room was fine and clean however air conditioner extremely noisy and blew on us the whole night. Had to go to pharmacy to get meds for neck. Toilet ran the whole night so not much sleep. For the price I believe it could have been better."

"Staff was super friendly! Very pretty views of the city and in a great location if you want to walk around downtown or to ladybird lake. "

"This hotel has good intentions but the staff has issues. I asked for the smallest things and they couldn’t get them right - for instance our tiny bottle of body lotion wasn’t replenished. I asked for 2 bottles to be sent up to my room with some towels. The towels showed, no lotion. So I asked again in the morning, along with another plastic bag for laundry…45 min later I got 3 bottles of hair conditioner and a roll of plastic garbage bags. The elevators take forever and are always full, and twice giant trash bins were on with me. They should’ve been in service elevators. And the valet- nice guys but totally overwhelmed. Took 45 min- 1 hour to get our car even when we called ahead to ask for it. At $65 a day we expected better. The management is very apologetic but come on Aloft/Marriott Corp you should do better!"
