「The hotel did an unauthorized charge a week before the arrival. Moreover, it was supposed to be "reserve now pay later". It took us much time and effort to stop the charge with the credit card company. The front desk staff, especially the one who did the check-in, was unprofessional and unfriendly. Many things didn't seem right about this hotel...too many...and it's supposed to be under IHG. The only thing that we were happy about was the breakfast. The room side and facilities were a disaster....

「Although Hilton isn’t the newest hotel in the area, it is indeed very well maintained. The staffs are very helpful and friendly overall. This is my second time staying here.」

「Hotel is in an alley and not very convenient Front lobby is non-existent, and the rooms are VERY SMALL!!! Photos and actual rooms are very far apart NOT RECOMMENDED!!!」
