「Heel vriendelijk personeel! Prachtige locatie, het uitzicht vanop je platform is niet altijd zoals op de foto’s. De plastic is ook een beetje verkleurd dus dit weerhoudt het uitzicht ook wat. Houdt er rekening mee dat er in de jungle natuurlijk veel insecten zijn, deze kunnen ook op je kamer zitten omdat de planken vrij open zijn en de deur is niet helemaal tot op de grond. Leuke ervaring!」

「Excelente lugar」

「Staff are very nice and helpful, facilities are good, located near Jatiluwih Rice Terraces (which the view is much beautiful than the one in Ubud). Surrounded by rice fields, great view. As it is located in rural area, various kind of insects are unavoidable, but the hotel still does very good by using different controls. Food is good. Will come again if we go to Jatiluwih.」

「Very clean and friendly staff」

「Needed to unplug and this place made it easy. Woke up to birdsong, swam in the river before breakfast, and spent the rest of the day just soaking up the calm. Didn’t realize how much I’d missed feeling so close to nature. The tent was cozy, the views unreal, and the little details showed how much care went into it all. Left feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to come back.」

「A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

「We had an excellent stay at the property. Amazing, quiet villa. Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. The food was delicious at the restaurant. The hotel driver, Made, drove us to wherever we needed to go and gave us a great tour of the area, so definitely ask for him at reception if you need to travel around!」

「The property is just as described... four cozy A-Frames (5th being built), owned and operated by a very lovely family. Highlights: The gardens and home cooking are every bit as good as all the other reviews attest! We also enjoyed the jungle trek. Challenges: It's hard to criticize a place when the cost is so low. But worth noting a couple of points; A/ this place is very remote! Best if you have your own transportation (bike). Grab is about 200k to the Munduk waterfall trek each...

「A beautiful setting along the south western coast. Small roads lead through a few villages to an isolated setting along the ocean. Villas are sturdy, comfortable, spacious (probably a bit more than necessary) and well equipped. WIFI works but a tad slow. The grounds, pools and public pavilions along the waterfront are quite nice. Landscaping is high quality. The rstaurant (The Lily) is very good and has an excellent small bakery attached. Enjoyed our stay. Will return.」
