“This was one of the best experiences we have had. Absolutely loved the Premier Treehouse and the staff was friendly and amazing. The food was very good and big portions. Esmeralda was fabulous. She explained everything in detail. We briefly mentioned we were there for our anniversary and the next day our room was decorated. This was a big surprise and meant a lot to us. “What an amazing hotel & room. This is one of our favorites of all time. We stayed for 3 nights Food: Every meal was fantastic as we ate breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. The fry jacks at breakfast were superb. The prices were reasonable for the meal we ate. The selection changed at each meal. Even our picky eater was very happy. Highly recommend the cheese tasting which you will need to reserve in advance. We lucked out and were able to join due to a cancellation. Staff: Very helpful……

“Chan Chich is an exquisite adventure melding together experiencing Mayan Ruins, jungle experience with a conservation twist. We loved our daily interactions with staff to include Cali who is an expert mixologist, Emil who made everything look easy, Sean who always had a smile, and the wonderful cook Ian. Every meal was absolutely amazing! Maria and Abdiel took care of all our needs at reception including booking excursions and chartering flights. And of course our expert guides Ruben and Louise……

“All of the staff, be they front desk receptionist, servers, hired guides, grounds keepers, stable hands or gardeners could not be more accommodating, welcoming, friendly, proactive, or efficient. The accommodations were as beautiful as they were comfortable, and they fit perfectly into the natural surroundings. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Mariposa, the tone was set the moment we arrived. We checked in late and I went to go run in to give our information, our server Robby insured that he needed to greet us properly and asked all our guests to come in for a welcome drink which we thoroughly enjoyed, the kitchen was also waiting on to offer us dinner before they went home for the evening. “I was blown away by how nice Table Rock Resort was when we arrived. We stayed in a riverside room and it was much nicer than I imagined based on the pictures online. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our rental car. The location is aout 15 minutes from downtown San Ignacio but feels very remote. We heard Howler monkeys on most nights and got to see a lot of hummingbirds and a toucan while eating breakfast. I highly recommend……
