「Very clean」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」
