“The description "Modern, Cozy" is exactly right. The space is very warm and welcoming and, although very small, it is highly functional. I was there with my adult daughter and grandson (9) for my daughter's graduation from Bastyr. The hosts very thoughtfully created this apartment and didn't leave anything out. It worked very well for the 3 of us. Both beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed has a topper that makes all the difference) and the kitchen area worked just fine for our 5 night stay.……

“My son and I had a trip to Bellevue to say goodbye to my uncle. As hard as the trip was, staying in this beautiful cottage made it a whole lot easier. It felt like home away from home. The owners were awesome! They allowed us to check in early, check up on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and the place was beautiful! I would highly recommend this place. It’s right off I90. Far enough tho that it is quiet and only 10 minutes away from pretty much everything you could need! ”

One inconvenience was that the bathrooms were only accessible through either bedroom sincr the door to the common space of the bathroom was locked with no doornob. So for those sleeping on the air mattress in the common area, they had to go through a bedroom. Sunday morning landscapers came at about 10:00 which was noisy but we were on our way out anyways. “This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding at Robinswood House in Bellevue and visiting family in Redmond. Very close to both, which made getting around easy. It's a regular home in a regular neighborhood. It is not fancy, but you can tell the owner is working on fixing it up. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need to fix meals. Plenty of room for the 7 of us, and especially nice to have were the 4 bathrooms.”
