"New finishes and alert staff. A great stay"

"Unfortunately we could only stay one night. We were greeted by staff, which was friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and VERY comfortable! The only issue I saw was the outdoor pool could've used a cleaning. On their defense the pollen count was very high so it was understandable. The beds were a little high up but ohh so comfortable! They had comfortable pillows too. We forgot toothpaste and they had complimentary toothpaste at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. It was one of the best breakfast choices I've seen. They had cereal, danishes, toast, hard boiled eggs, waffles, scrambled eggs, ham, even biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit etc We had a very nice stay, will definitely stay there again if we're in Gainesville again. "

"The staff was so nice. Pleasant greeting upon check in and always says hello when walking around the hotel. We stayed in a studio room that was actually quite spacious. Very clean and smelled very nice. Would recommend everyone to stay here and will definitely stay here again. "

"Great stay overall, very roomie house very close to campus. Decorated super cute. Minor problem with accessing the house host was very responsive. The bed in the room we stayed in and the bedding was ridiculously comfortable, fantastic nights of sleep."
