"This property was chosen to accommodate our teenage boys. It was a success in that aspect. This resort has all of the extras, but the beach leaves a little to be desired (we knew this going in). The pools were very clean and had daily entertainment. "

"We had a great time, the amenities and the quality of food and drinks was top notch, including healthy options. The staff, especially Jose (Guest services), Antonio and Luis at the Casa del Mar restaurant, Juan at the front desk, were extremely helpful and took good care of us. The bowling alley and the silent disco were the highlights of our stay. The only downside is that the beach is full of brown seaweed. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We wanted a resort on the ocean but you had to make an effort to spend time at the parts of the resort where the ocean was visible. The beach in front of the resort was not great, and this general Puerto Morelos area is not great for folks who love spending time at the beach. It was nice being able to go between the 3 resorts, all with their own theme and restaurants. If we went back to this same resort in the future, we’d probably stay at Ventus Ha instead since being nearer the ocean wasn’t an actual plus. We also liked 2 restaurants at Ha best out of the entire group of resorts. They were accommodating to food allergies. Buffets were not the greatest but we found the items we liked best. Be sure to make dinner reservations asap. The pools were very clean and waiters consistently walked around taking drink orders. Staff stopped by the room daily to drop off bottled water, soda, beer, wine, and champs. The adults never ordered room service but it was available 24:7. Souvenir stores on the resort were reasonably priced. This was our first time to Mexico, and wish we would have known about the tip culture. It is extremely customary to tip during most interactions with staff, so next time we’ll plan on having a lot more smaller bills with us. It was a nice trip and service and accommodations were reasonable considering the reservation price point. We wish there was more entertainment into the late night that didn’t conflict with late dinners."

"Small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The dinner reservation system did not work very well. Essentially no beach area."

"It’s the second time we stay at this location and its renovation definitely made it prettier and better. They definitely have some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered at any of our travels: special mention to Pascual at the morning buffet and Abishair at the pool area. Everything is close by, yet very private at the same time, and there’s always enough space to wind down or have a rowdy time for everyone. Can’t wait to go back to this location."

"Great location, attentive staff, amazing pools and beach, BUT everytime you walk anywhere on site, someone tries to sell you something. Its gets old real quick. I know they are just doing their job, but no I dont want a time-share (or whatever they call them now), no I dont want to pay for my photo, no I dont want to get an excursion, no I dont need to pay for a seat by the pool. I understand if this was happening on a public beach, or sidewalk. But this was at the bottom of the escalators and on the way area by the main stage. Its uncomfortable and frustrating to have to bob and weave around people you have said to every day. Makes it real difficult to relax on the vacation you did buy. Otherwise, the pools and swim up bars are great, there are enough places to eat for 3-4 nights before you start to feel like its the same things over and over."
