“Beautiful panoramic mountain view! Cabin was very cute and clean. It sits very close to other cabins. We had some difficulty with the front door lock because the battery was low and the TV remote batteries were dead. The bed is very firm and not comfortable at all. The picture/description said there was a swing but the swing has been removed. It has 2 chairs in its place. There was no covering over it so we were unable to use it due to rain. The area is very rural, takes 30-40 minutes to get……

“Our stay was very relaxed, the property is in a nice location, nestled in the woods, with a nice amount of lawn in the front. We enjoyed the wildlife, and explored Luray caverns and some of the Shenandoah mountains. The cabin is very simple, but sufficient, and has essentials, although a cabinet somewhere would have been convenient. Thank you for making our great week possible, it was a blessing!”

“We had an absolute amazing time at this cabin. Not only was it very clean but they used labels to help you find out which light switches turned on what and where things went so we could easily find/use whatever we needed in the cabin. There was only one dish towel but the other linens provided were fine. Only suggestion would be more dishtowels. The beds were comfortable, so was the couch! We loved our stay!”

“We wanted a cabin stay to decompress after spring break in DC. Nice and relaxing. The fire pit was our favorite thing. Cabin is accurately described. Charming! Beds were comfy. Neighbors have a barking dog that woke us up one night-not sure what that was about. Master bathroom has been nicely updated. We didn’t do much in the area except Storybook trail (teens love the rock scrambling).”

“This is a well-kept, clean and quite getaway location. It was perfect for a couple's quick escape from the daily grind. It was perfect for the two of us and presented a very welcoming and comfortable living environment. It has a great balance that makes you feel comfortable using the amenities and simply feeling at home. Relaxing and watching a sunrise/sunset from the hot tub is simply icing on the cake. April was perhaps an idea time to visit as the foliage was not fully out it provided a……

“This cabin was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The views from the inside are just as spectacular on the outside. While the house is not directly on the reiver that was okay. We figured it would be hard to find a house right on the river with amazing views of the mountains off in the distance. The walk down to the river is not bad. It takes about 7 or so minutes. I highly recommend boots or something other than standard shoes if you go before the dew……

“My partner and I had a wonderful couple days at this cabin! The views from the porch were absolutely stunning to wake up to. We loved sitting in the hot tub for a short time before hopping out to look at the stars. We’d happily stay again soon. Make sure you bring everything you need (including paper towels and extra toliet paper) along with any ingredients (we forgot olive oil to grease the pan to cook) lol. Easy to clean up everything (strip the sheets and change the trash bags) to leave it……

“We stayed three nights in this perfectly appointed cabin near Shenandoah NP. The kitchen was well equipped, the cabin was lovely, located in a beautiful location. We built a nightly fire outside and used the hot tub. There was also a jet tub in the house which we ran out of time to use. The owner was very responsive and friendly. During our first week of a three week vacation, my husband said staying in this cabin was his favorite part.”
