“When I got to the room there was a white dental floor in the corner which was not mind so that let me know the room was not vacuum well. The second day the beds were made but no vacuuming then the toilet was stopped up the 2nd day which there was a sign at the front desk something was going on with the maintenance. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, with great customer service skills and the restaurant was good very nice people.”

“The staff was friendly & courteous! The Gym was always opened with the latest machines! The Hot Tub was soothing!”

“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

“Great hotel. The staff at check-in were great. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. The breakfast options were nice, many choices like waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon/sausage, and a good assortment of cereals and breads. “We had a great stay, full size appliances in the room, bigger bathrooms than expected, 2 different types of pillows which was nice for a pillow snob like me lol. Happy with the stay over all.”

“Management wanted to charge us when arriving 1hour early. The staff was excellent however. Also, they don’t have coffee in the lobby. ”

“No power under TV which made it impossible to work on my laptop and charger my phone and tablet. Only one USB charger worked in the room.only one AC outlet worked in the room! Disappointing😔”
