「There is no way to connect to apps like I am able to at other hotels. The TV selection was sub par and was not able to enjoy any movies. Plus charging $24.99 plus tax just to watch a movie that is already out on streaming apps is ridiculous. Will consider another hotel.next time.」

「I did not see a location for guests to park besides the road in front. There was an event at the Amp (which we were not aware of), left for dinner and returned to a full road of parked cars. We had no option but to valet for $32 +tip. As were were not attending the concert, and just on vacation a different location would have suited us better. As far as noise, it was quiet no」

「The hotel is great and very nice. We stayed in the spa tower which seemed to be slightly disheveled . Not sure if it was just closed for the weekend or being renovated. The hotel seems on the verge of being dated. The upstairs hallway vas very hot but the temperature in the room was good. The bed was very comfortable and probably one of the best beds I’ve had in a hotel. We were there for a concert at the Walmart Amp and was put in the tower closer to the venue which made it nice to walk to!...

「I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE」

「This hotel was very clean, room comfortable and nice. Bed and pillows comfortable and nice to have kitchenette. Check in was easy, as was check out. Breakfast was really good with nice selection of hot and cold items, great coffee! All the other reviews I had read were correct on all those topics. The only part was that either I didn't read the online description correctly, or missed it but the pool is not on this property. It is at the sister property next door, which is very close, right...

「great place to stay.... i would have liked to have had a smoking room but that is not an option at this hotel..... but you can smoke in the casino..... and while your smoking in the cAsino why not bet a dollar or two..... fortunately this little tactic has so far benefited me financially 😅😉」

「Love the water filter in the sink Mid sized fridge, with plates and utensils good for eating in the room. Have microwave as well. If needed, can borrow cutlery and chopping board. Breakfast selections is good Happy hour on Monday to Thursday evening, with free alcohol and snacks 」
