「Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!」

「The rooms are fantastic and feel more like a mini-suite: having a sink, microwave, and fridge makes it easy to settle in (especially for longer stays). The bathroom also has proper ventilation, which might sound small, but it’s a huge plus. I also appreciated the lounging options in the room — it’s not just a bed and a chair, you can actually relax.
