"What a wonderful property in a great location in Bergen. From check in until check out, I was impressed by the staff, especially Silvia, at the front desk, as well as all the breakfast staff. A terribly excuse for a "hotel"
"First of all, hotel has no reception. They never sent the password to activate the key app. Had to go to another location for a key. Then the room was a total fire hazard (see photo). Each time I go in and out of the hotel there were people frustrated with the mobile key not working. Even my physical key was not working half the time. And to top it off, there's a club blasting LOUD BASS way into the night on the roof. A complete joke of a "hotel" if you can even call it that."
