“Place was clean and host was very easy to communicate with”

“We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would……

“The apartment was very nice. New and clean with quality finishes and everything a traveler needs! Great host communication and a very reasonable price.”

“I reserved this rental for elderly family members who were visiting for a large family celebration. I kept the host informed about who would be staying and confirmed that there were four guests (two couples). Unfortunately, both couples experienced difficulties upon arrival. The first couple did not receive the correct entry code, and when they called for assistance, the contact they were directed to became heated, which made the situation tense. The second couple arrived later in the evening and……

“Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!”

“This property was not as advertised - it was supposed to be an apartment with a King Size bed and Non-Smoking. It was NOT an apartment. It had a king size bed with dirt on the covers. It stank of smoke. We immediately left the room to check out and while we were talking to the front desk, a dog urinated on the floor in the same area.. We left immediately. I have requested a full refund from the VIRBO owner and have not received anything yet.”

“'On business trip lasting two nights relaxed thanks to peaceful room featuring blackout curtains helping ensure restful sleep after late flights arrived.' Prompt check-ins sped process so no delays happened either.”

“It was very clean, warm room, with comfy beds.”

“Clean Room, Had to shell out 2 days of parking fees for 10 hours of parking as there is no free parking available for overnight parking and the nearest paid parking had only day fees 3:01AM - 3AM.”
