Schloss Roxburghe Golf Resort, Part of Destination by Hyatt

8/10 Good

"A great hotel and spa. Reception staff were welcoming and gave a tour on arrival. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Bed, bathroom linen and towels are good quality. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty choice on offer. Dinner was also very good with plenty choice. Overall a good hotel and would recommend to friends and family."

Purdy Lodge

8/10 Good

"The hotel is part of the service area on the A1 but, unlike most such hotels, it offers good food as well as comfortable accommodation. We were impressed with the welcome we received - and our dog was happy with the positive attention he received! The chap on reception was able to recommend a good parking spot in Bamburgh, where we were keen to take the dog for a long walk! All in all, a good place to stop!"
