Property was as advertised and was very clean and beds were made when we arrived. Checkout was simple since host provided linens and towels. Checkin required us to stop at two locations: the realty office and then the condo office. All-in-all it took too long. Price for beach tags was exorbitant and the fact that tags were for Friday-to-Friday. If you check in the middle of the week as we did, you need to purchase tags for 2 weeks. Also, no one ever asked to see our tags. Complex wants you to separate trash and recyclables but only a trash bin was provided. Had to go carry recyclables to separate building. Despite these issues, we would rent this property again based upon its cleanliness, ocean view and easy access to the beach. A number of restaurants and town of Bethany Beach were within walking distance.
