We were pleased with how the condo was furnished and equipped. The ocean view was nice, and since the weather was not the best for being on the beach during our stay, we really appreciated the fireplace at night. Very relaxing.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

This gem on the top floor of one of the Sea Colony high rises has it all: beautiful ocean view, comforting beach decor in shades of blue and white, a well stocked kitchen and huge comfy bed. The condo comes equipped with bathroom and kitchen supplies, and your parking space is right near the elevator. Easy check in and check out. I would rent this place again!

Loved our stay!

This unit was so nice and loved the ocean view....and worked out perfectly for my husband who is somewhat handicapped because the assigned parking spot in the garage was only a few steps to the elevator as was the unit we were in. Definitely hope to return!

We loved the spacious room and two bathrooms! Everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Plenty of towels and toilet paper was provided. We could walk to everything, the beach, bike rentals, morning coffee, dinner and shopping! We love Sea Colony!!!

Great views of the ocean!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location of the condo with incredible views, interior space provided, and cleanliness. The parking spot is also good and located under the building. The two major downsides to our stay were the AC in the bedroom closet turning on LOUDLY about every two hours over night (and during the day, but really bothersome overnight), waking us each time, and the shower water pressure barely keeping up with some quick showers in the evenings.

Great view penthouse apartment

This was one of the best organized Sea colony one bedrooms we have ever rented. Furniture heavy and appliances newer. Parking right below apt with easy in and out. Owners went out of way with extra towels, soaps, and amenities. 2 different pools easily reached from elevator. The complexes grounds beautifully kept with nice plantings. Beach private for renters and raked daily so spotless. Good pickleball program added new dimension and players in pick up games couldn’t be nicer.

Wonderful vacation

This is a great 1 bedroom with an amazing view of the ocean! The location couldn't be better, and the condo is equipped with anything you may need. Our only regret is not finding it sooner! We will definitely be back. It was our first trip booking through Vacasa - it was seamless.

This is the 2nd year we’ve used the property and really enjoy it. New this year were updated floors and kitchen. The location of this condo and the view are wonderful. It’s quiet being on the 9th floor too. The owner is very attentive and responsive when asking questions while there. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful beach abode

Our week-long stay in Bethany was so convenient and comfortable as a result of this condo. We have stayed here several times now, and the recent updates that Alan has made make the condo even more attractive. It is very conveniently located, well-stocked with everything you need, and as an added bonus, the bed is super comfortable!! Alan is extremely helpful and responds very quickly to questions. We will definitely come back next year!

Great Unit for our Family of 4

Our family of 4 enjoyed our time at Bethany Beach. This unit was ideally located for us with easy access to the beach, multiple pools, and playgrounds. The few snags we encountered during our stay had to do with Sea Colony, not the owners. Alan is very responsive and attentive. All in all, a memorable stay and we hope to return next summer.

Awesome Vacation!

This is my husbands and my 3rd time vacationing at this awesome condo! We didn't think it could get any better from last year, but it most certainly did. The kitchen is newly remodeled, new refrigerator, stove, and other appliances, along with new, beautiful dinnerware, silverware, etc. Also, new furnishings and gorgeous hard wood floors. Everything about this condo is just perfect for us. The view of the ocean is spectacular, we love sitting outside and watching it. We just love it here! We can't say enough great things about the owners, they are the nicest people to deal with. They always get back to you in a short period of time, and are always eager to accommodate you.
