"Clean, cool ac, made-to-order omelets at breakfast"

"After we checked in and got the keys to our room, we opened the door and saw the bed was not made. Light was on. Shocked to see this and were afraid what if there was someone in it? We went down to the front desk and reported what we saw. The front desk employee Noemie was very apologetic and she immediately assigned us a different room. She was professional and knew how to communicate with the customers. There was no body wash in the shower. No hand soap or hand wash either. The room is clean and of good size. The breakfast was very basic. No oatmeal, no hot water or tea. Compared to other hotels we stayed during this trip, the price was higher. "

"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."
