「The location was amazing! Awesome for star viewing. We were in cabin #8 so that spot was even better to sit and view. The only thing that happened was we had left to go to dinner, came back and someone had actually driven there truck and parked it right next to our window on the side and had already made a fire in the pit that was next to our porch. 「The room was clean, supplied well and was perfect for gorgeous views of the sunset, stars and mountains. It had a nice fire pit but a burn ban prevented us from using it. We still used the chairs for the desert and mountain views at night. The shared kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast. All in all, I wasn’t ready to leave when y was time to leave 10 bits! I would recommend to anyone headed to Big Bend. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay in this rustic cabin. The view is spectacular and at night the stars are amazing. The mattress is comfortable and bedding is nice. However, I was not prepared to have to walk 50 yards to the bathroom. The description says 1bedroom/1bath it just doesn’t say where the bath is located. There is also no running water in the cabin. All in all we would have probably still stayed here but it would have been nice to be better prepared. 」

「This property was excellent value and a great price! We loved having a full kitchen, the full-size fridge especially was awesome and most locations nearby don’t have. The location was great because it was near terlingua and the park but still felt remote as it was off the main highway and quite. Having a separate bathroom in the house was great. There was also multiple A/C units and ceiling fans so the house was nice and cold. 10/10 would book this location again.」
