"You will have a wonderfully clean apt. and comfortable. The reality of the homeless population in the area is stark but we were not bothered. Twenty minute walk to wonderful bike rentals and restaurants."

"My husband and I were in town for a sports tournament and wanted a “getaway” in the process. This property fit the bill. We appreciated that multiple high schools were an easy commute for the events we needed to attend. Everything was well executed. We really could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It’s was clean, quiet and felt like home. The finishing touches and attention to detail helped to make this place extra special. I would highly recommend this property! A true gem!"

"Great peaceful slice of Alaska for you to enjoy! Beautiful lake, pier and small boats for your pleasure. The outdoor firepit by the lake was priceless, as most places do not offer such. It made it so much more relaxing! Host were super nice and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend."

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."
