“I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this……

“The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We……

“I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The place is modern and in excellent condition, and most areas of the property were very comfortable with no complaints. Communication with the support team was smooth, they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom……
