“This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!”

“The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as……

“The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho”

“This apartment had a great vacation, short walk to the Beatles story, great restaurants, museums, and the Royal Harbor, in the kitchen was a small washing machine for smaller loads of clothes, including a drying rack as well as fans in the closet. This was convenient! There were four breakfast places that were within 50 to 100 yards. It was a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable. The placed us in a two bedroom unit. The price was wonderful! Thank you so much!”

“The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam”

“I thought the property was fantastic and a great location,the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back,just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out”
