“The river condos worked out great for my group that was in the area for atv riding. The trail is right in front and easy parking for a truck and trailer. There’s a bar/restaurant that has great food within walking distance! We enjoyed a fire every night and relaxed inside in the rainy day. The place was clean and had everything needed to cook a meal in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.”

“We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The den was not clean at all. The oven,bathtub,the toaster was dirty. The fridge is rusty, the drying dishrack needs to be replaced aswell as the bbq racks which were rusty and the bbq brush was old with no bristles and unusable. The fridge and sink was leaking all over the floor. Stains on the boxsprings. Door to the backyard was broken, did not lock, had to sleep with zero protection and security. Most pans and pots need to be replaced as they are……

“Great deck and views of the lake. Space was nicely updated and attractive decor. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans, not that we did any cooking on our vacation! Great space for 2 couples to share with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved we could jump on the Paul Bunyan trail right from the property.”

“The condo was clean, however to grill didn't get hot we got it lit but never got hot. Parking wasn't big enough for four place snowmobile trailer but access to the trail was amazing.”

“Nice property but the beds are terrible, hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. Only stayed one night and was glad for that. Reaching property manager was difficult, took 4 hours to respond with a non draining sink.”
