「I learned that Expedia automatically puts in date ranges for stays. You cannot assume that those stay dates are what you want. You have to put them in yourself and if you dont, you will be booking the wrong days. This happened with me when booking this hotel. I arrived ready to check in thinking I had a reservation for that day. I did not. The Expedia automatic date booked it for the next day. I said to the hotel manager, "Well, just simply adjust the stay to today and it will be fine." ...

「It is huge with a lot of rooms. It was pretty full the night we were there. At breakfast the food was decimated and we got there 15 minutes of opening for breakfast. The poor girl was running around trying to fill things, get more coffee etc. Most of the folks staying were laborers, they had to eat fast & get to work, they devoured everything faster than the employee could replenish it. it was not a great environment that morning.」

「There was a mouse in the hotel restaurant, the room was so hot and humid that we had to keep the room at 60 degrees and that didn’t help, rotten hard boiled eggs at breakfast, curdled oat milk at breakfast. Was offered a partial reimbursement but because I booked with Expedia I didn’t qualify. Was offered Choice Hotel points for a one night stay that I never got!」
