「The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. 」

「It was nice to go to a hotel with a little bit of personality the room is spacious and quiet. The only disappointment was no hot food for breakfast eggs bacon etc. Everything else was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean and enjoyable. 」

First morning i forgot the room code in room to get back in hotel before it opemed at 11 when we went out for breakfast, so i couldnt go back into our room until after 11. The second and last morning we got woken uo by the fire alarm going off . We didnt smell smoke but because it alarmed me we packed up and left. There was no fire as th3 alarm did shut off straight away so we wondered if someone was smoking i the other rooms . Floora are uneven so your either...

「Overall room was spotless, staff were wonderful and pool area was quite nice and alot of fun. A few loose or missing tiles in outside pool area other than that lovely fresh towels and very clean lounging area.」

「The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately 」

「There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. 」

「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」
