「My husband and I woke up with bed bug bites and the air conditioner was not functioning properly the last night of our visit. This was not the room that was shown on your website - we did not have a partial island view. The hallway was open to the beach all day and all night. We were surprised when we arrived that we would have to pay a $65 charge per day for each of us. That was not listed in the description on your website. We would never stay at this hotel again.」

「I recently stayed at The Marker in Key West and agreed with many of the positive comments about the property. The hotel itself is very elegant and impressively clean, with an overall atmosphere that feels upscale and relaxing. However, I felt the amenities were a little weak. There is no full-service restaurant on-site, and the bar did not stay open very late, which was disappointing when we wanted a drink or snack at the end of the night.
